Emailed the previous day 4/07/21, from Fedx saying my package was in route for delivery on 4/8/21. Took off from work no Fedx on Thursday 4/8/21. Tracking resulted in a note that said they attempted delivery at 11:23 @ no one available to sign. Checked tracking again at 3:00 it said the parcel was delivered by a Fedx agent at 2:34 pm. Not true. They also said it was delivered in Staunton, Va at that time. I dont live in Staunton. Representative from Fedx customer service was down right rude last night when I talked to her. User's recommendation: Don't use Fedx.
