No Service from 16April till current

Ive asked to be activated since April 16th all my attempts failed. I cancelled my contract on the 28th April and Mr Jacobs wont release my line all documentation has been approved and singed for cancellation and he ignores my request. No managers are available to assist and I get stuck with operators that try to communicate to him with no luck. I need to be patient for a service I did not received and wait 30days. He doesnt have client skills no communication skills and you put him in charged to do nothing proactive. User's recommendation: Avoid Vodacom Fiber.
