Extra ordinary disappearance of Airtime from my phone

I usually buy airtime which quickly dissipates from my phone and this has been proved when I procure 7 days VC to VC. Again this disappeared before the seven days. Yesterday, I got airtime advance of R30.00 suffice to say without making a call the R30.00 has been exhausted. My phone is 082 575 **** and I require clarity on this matter.
