Refuse to give us credit for our payment

Called them waiting nearly an hour on the phone more than once to talk with someone, emailed proof of payment and sent a letter with proof of payment to NO avail. Their lack of response and ignoring my letter was disheartening. We were customers for 10+ years and NEVER, ever a late a payment. What did Liberty do? They have turned us over to a credit collections services! I called to dispute the collection and I felt like I was talking to a child with no knowledge of my account. A terrible experience and horrible customer service. We have resorted to get the credit card company involved disputing the charge they say they never received. Liberty is trying to charge us twice and destroy our credit! BULLIES! I wish I could give them zero stars. User's recommendation: STAY AWAY!
