This is the worse insurance company I have ever had dealing with. No matter with the claims are they will not accept liability. I had extensive damaged to my condo unit located above my unit. The owner has Liberty Mutual and the unit is tenants occupied. The bath tub flooded my unit below and cause extensive damaged, and they refused to cover any of my damaged. My insurance Company is the process of trying to recover our damaged. No problems with other Insurance carriers in this building. User's recommendation: Do not recommend this Company. If you have to file a claim, consult with an attorney.
