Poor Poor Customer Service for Account Updates and Dispute Resolutions!

it has been 2 months now that it took for Rushcard Service to submit my new account profile information, by email! After numerous failed email request sent to Rushcard Corporation demanding to update my information they failed to tell me that I needed to take a picture of a hand written letter convert to pdf then send it to Rushcard Corporation and then my account can be . This is Rushcards delay business tactics with keeping my money and refusing to refund my account $4,×××.00 owing with unauthorized charges and missing cash load money $2,×××.00. Rushcard Corporation doesn't refund there customers in disputes your better off seeking legal action to resolve ! Good luck everyone, Elyria Harris User's recommendation: No not unless their ready to loose there money!
