Cable goes out many times a day

You can't talk to anyone on the phone. They rebut the modem then hung up. That was all done by a computer. Tried for an hour to talk to someone to tell them what was going on. Still have the same problem. Just going to cancel my service. They think there the only show in town. I don't need that kind of stress. That's what happens when you get that big. You think you can *** on the public.
