Still waiting for someone to come out going on two weeks

BGE came by to raise there lines in back of house they noticed two lines hanging four feet from ground.Sai it was a hazard hanging there and said the lines belong to Comcast.As we speak now supposedly there was a work ticket generated to take care of problem The Problem still exists User's recommendation: Just recall to check out when they coming out.
