Cant log in and their *** covering purchases is bogus!

I purchases an item only because the purchase was backed by PayPal and I have never received my purchase so I disputed it with my bank only to have PayPal give me the credit to payvpal thats never been applied and my bank account is overdrawn because if this so in short I say *** PAYPALPAYPAL User's recommendation: Not at alk.
