I ordered a windshield wiper motor from Rockauto but never got a tracking number. My credit card was charged immediately but nothing has been shipped. The customer service page pushes me to a rebuild page, which is NOT what I paid for. I ordered the part, not a rebuild of my broken part. How can I find out where my order is. Rick Autos online pages are useless! Help!
