I've not received the return shipping label ! Have not heard from a human. I keep getting posts worded as i my problem was solved. It isn't. I'm entitled to a core charge and Rock Auto is making it so difficult to get it !!!' Dealing strictly with a computer with no human participation is frustrating and does not make for a good consumer experience. I still have the old pump in a box, and I'd love to be able to return it and get that core charge!
