My installers were Jeff and Roger as far as doors I think the built up quality is what I'm paying for yes Bj that's true. But what sold me on those doors was only Jonathan Ptak I had wanted to replace my doors at a point and seen your commercial many times in the past. I'm a very perticular lady and I just think more attention could be spent on the quality of handling the doors, the using of tools, and most important go behind and wipe markings hand prints etc off those 7,000.00 doors more important how about don't scratch any parts of the door thanks for touch up paint but I was told doors would never need to be painted. If not for the scratch I wouldn't need too I'm just stating take a more seriousness about people's money and time spent in the home using their toiletries they were kind and helpful just the same by respecting my health doing everything ask of them by the way Jeff said he has to take shoes off at his home too! Looking over other reviews in Northern States they seem to get great reviews lets do better West Shore Jr. Do your job and look for the same out of the office after all Bj is out here selling that story line to the public I would hate for someone to get him on channel 13 Tampa for not accurate business practice with his company CEO always takes the fall.
