They seem to unresponsive

After posting a complaint on pissed consumer, they made a contact with me and Wes little said I would be hearing from them soon that my order would be on the way, but since November I have been told the same thing theyre waiting for a boat from China. All I have ordered is two replacement parts that were not included with my original order. If they cannot provide these two essential parts to move the machine I ordered then I would expect them just to hurry up and send a replacement machine. This is gone on way too long, and I know that COVID-19 is real but that excuse is getting old. Reverend Peter Hammett User's recommendation: Do not order from them!
