Issue with WESLO MOMENTUM G 3.2 Elliptical machine

I bought this machine about a year ago from Walmart. Machine was fitted by Walmart technician only. It started making lot of noise even at level 2. Tightened the screws frequently as the noise becomes un-bearable. Now find that the left side SPINDLE got bent and can not be corrected. Not sure what can be done as spindle alone may not be available to buy. Even the Spindle can not be tightened as it is bent.
