DoWe arrived into Orlando, I called Value renal when I arrived to get a pick up. When I called, they told me they did not have a vehicle for us. So, the 5 of us were stranded at the airport including our 2 year old and a 5 month old baby. I checked the other car rental counters and they did not have a vehicle for us either. We had to pay for an Uber to our hotel. We have reservations for places away from our hotel and needed a car. We have already paid for the van through your site and for insurance. It was a horrible experience. We spent more than the car rental price to get rides to the places we needed to go. User's recommendation: Don’t get a car through CarTrawler.
