Charged my card without rendering services and automatically cancelling my reservation

On our vacation I booked using car hopper which led me to CarTrawler. CarTrawler automatically canceled one of my reservations due to credit card issue. I then amended my reservation received a new booking number and when I showed up to pick up my car at Sixt rental car but the booking number I received through CarTrawler was not in the system. So by this time my card was charged twice by this time $2000 US dollars were charged for services never received User's recommendation: Do not use CarTrawler.
