They did not try to resolve the issue

Once I tried to ring up my purchase, the price was wrong I ask to speak to someone in charge. She can and asked what was wrong I told her their prices were all wrong. She said she could not give me the TV at the price that was on the tag. And then she stood there. I had to ask about the TV with the right price. Once she found it she once again stood there I had to ask if they would bring it to me. Bad customer service. User's recommendation: If they see something, check the website.
