Customer complaint/ unresolved issue

Returned a rental and tried to get my deposit and was told it would be mailed to me.Asked for a supervisor as we were not advised of this issue and was left on hold for 45 min till my phone died! Called customet service line and was told cant help without rental agreement number.Was through insurance so had no reciept no help no shuttles no service and now no money to get rental elsewhere. NOW MY DAUGHTER MISSED HER WEEK AT CAMP. .LOCATION was Chahtam Ont Canada.Sherri Wing rentet User's recommendation: Better service.
