Wow, this is not promising. Purchased the contract in March 2021, wirh 30 Days to review but need monthly payment upfront. Cannot call for any service during the first 30 Days. Its April 14, 2031. Promised 7 to 10 days I will receive it in the mail. Called....Sears. Spoke to six people. Different phone numbers. Sending it via email. Oh...sending it via mail. It will be there in seven to ten days. Guess what, I am cancelling Sears hime Warranty now!! Thank you very much ! User's recommendation: Don’t even waste your time. There’s other companies better than this.
