Horrible customer service, the worst

The quality at customer service at Sears Home Services is horrible. This is coming from a customer who has had a service contract with them for more than 20 years. They are quick to renew your service agreement, but once you have a service problem, it takes forever to resolve it now, They use to be very good, now they are very bad, sorry to say
