West Quay Pandora, I called in there to buy a bracelet for my daughter. Waited at a counter while another couple were being served. Manger ( I assume) told me to wait at another counter which had two chairs. I was next to be served, but another customer came into the shop and was immediately served by the assistant who was just finishing up with the previous couple I mentioned above. Would you call that fair service, I left and spent a grand in Ernest Jones, so you lost a seriously good sale there.
