Bad business deals with one of your clients

On July 31st, I had reserved 2 room through Hotel.com at the Magnusom Hotel in Little Rock, Arkansas. When I arrived they had nothing I had reserved. They stated to me that my Refund would be back on my card in 5-7 days. At this time I have not received it. A note of interest; they stated that the reservation came through Exepedia. I inquired with one of Hotel.com representative, they said they do not have any things to do with Expedia Thanks RoySmith 870403**** User's recommendation: My refund.
