Some of the contacts were via email through your site, while some were a voicemail on their telephone number that is listed on the site and some were emailed and left a voicemail. You could say I just ran my own experiment. The results were ten contacts with only three replies. One did not take insurance, another other stated they would assign me a person in their office, as I had selected a person based on the information listed on your site. The third took all week and replied not seeing new clients. I was friendly on the phone and with my voice mails left a brief voicemail, saying I saw their posting on Psychology Today, stated I was seeking life coaching and self esteem as those are the topics they focus on. NOTHING ! NOTHING ! In addition a voicemail was provided on your telephone number and it stated there would be delay in returning it. So the delay is taking a long time for three weeks. What I did was contact my insurance company to see if there are consequences for the provider if they are in contract with the insurance company. Even your own office failed to respond and yes, my telephone number was provided. It is a good thing you are not answering the # 911 switch board. It is really unprofessional that your office did not to respond or one of the providers on your site. I know you are not able to control each provider however they are on your site and making you look bad. Too bad for you, I have gone in a different direction and will discontinue viewing your site. It is complexly useless. Even if the provider is not taking on new clients, reply or put that on their information page, it really makes you all look bad! You can email me to provide an explanation.
