THEN THEY ISSUED A RETURN CODE FOR SCANNING AT UPS THAT DID NOT WORK AT ALL- SO I COULD NOT COMPLETE THE RETURN. NOW THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE OR REPLY TO EMAILS THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPPORT - SHOES.COM IS ONLY A GREEDY RETAILER WHO MAKE RETURNS DIFFICULT AND NOW IMPOSSIBLE. THEY RAKE IN TRILLIONS BUT APPARENTLY WONT PAY FOR AGENTS TO ANSWER CALLS OR ANSWER EMAILS PROMPTLY. WHAT WE GET FOR THE MONEY WE GAVE THEM? THIS MESSAGE: 'DON'T CALL US JUST EMAIL' - ARE YOU KIDDING? BE WARNED! DON'T SHOP WITH THEM! THEY ARE SERIOUSLY ANTI-CUSTOMER AND UNHELPFUL. User's recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM SHOES.COM.
