Don't trust what they well you when you ask.Telling me "Unable to ship", which is total bs bc they have the shoes in stock in that size still on website. Will not give me real answer when I ask. Arbitrary shadow banning? They have not closed my account or anything and I have bought at least 50 pairs from them since Jan 21. User's recommendation: Don't trust what they tell you when you ask for answers. They have gotten much less friendly since they changed their website in April 21.
