Sylvania dvd players are pieces of *** I have had 3 that came right out of the box and didn't work with dvds that were also brand new, I am disgusted with their "quality" and now for the third time my son is screaming because he can't watch his favorite movie, I might also add that he is 3 and autistic, it's like torturing him. I'm *** livid. User's recommendation: Buy anything but theirs.
