Your mail is not working

Hello, Today I received mail from you. It says that I need to enter data from the bank, my IBAN and SWIFT. I got everything, and when I try to send it via your e-mail, it transfers me to the ticket reservation. It's been three hours since your email so far. Not 96h, as stated in the mail. I am also interested in how much money will you return to me because I am only mentioned (not my family, husband and my child) I did get an answer, but not to the one I asked. I 'll attach the answer they send it to me 4 days ago. Still no money, and no information about the amount.
