I bought a set of VOG VOGUE SIGNATURE V SCT-TIRE MILEAGE WARRANTY: 60000.6/03/2019 and it been problem after problem with low pressure tires and having tire checks. Each time they give me the same excuse even if a different tire (lr flat chrome is causing the tire to leak cust is aware that beadsealing the wheel&;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;TIRE IS NOT A PERMANENT FIX) but when they check it, there was no leak around the rim. They repair the tire so many time until the last time I went the tire have wore on the inside that it was repairable and tried to sell me a new tire. I complained that these tires on has about 20,000 mile if that many on a 60,000 rated tire. He gave me a used tire and told me if I want to work something and get some new tires he would work something out. He should be offering me a new set as much problem and many times I've been back with these tires. 2nd problem: I had a tire I kept coming back to check air pressure and I requested to also rotate and balance back 1/16/2020 and I told the service advisor to tell technician do not over tighten the center cap or you broke them. Damn what they do, they broke 2 center caps.Service managerr got the make and model off the center cap that he would find replacements then call me. 2 months go by and no phone call so when I went back for the flat tire, he tells me that he hadn't found any and would call me when he do. I told him initial that the rim had been discontinued and no where to find them. I ask what we going to do about and he gave me a BS answer but no solution to the problem. I suggested to him that they need to Vogue truck tire and stick with Cadillac Vogue only. I've used Bridgestone on the previous replacement and never had this problem. I had gotten 1/4 the service on these Vogue as I gotten on Bridgestone even though both rated at 60,000 miles. I need your assistance in getting this matter resolved.
