Made a purchased and canceled within 24 hrs.; very difficult to get my money reimbursed. The website wouldn't hear of it and was offering me 10-15% back refund and to keep the wig. This went on and on with different scenarios. What the website states is NOT the reality of it....totally false advertising. They're in China and beware of this company. My bank finally did a chargeback and I reported them to the FederalTradeCommision. User's recommendation: Buyer Beware...NOT Recommended.
