Will not allow a return for refund

I too opened the box with the wig in it and was not the color I ordered. Never took the wig out and e-mailed back and forth with them for a week to get a return address and refund. All they would offer me was no return and $15.00. I paid $110.00 why would I take $15.00. I contacted my credit card co. and asked to reverse the charges. User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
