TO GET REIMBURSEMENT OF RENTAL CHARGES

To Carchex, This is Tony Ghoston and I have sent this email to you several times requesting rebursement of rental charges when my vehicle was in the shop. You have not replied back. I was told by someone from Carchex that I would be reimbursed. Is this a scam by Carchex? I have copied the Better Business Bureau so that they will know how you treat customers.
