Wrong shoe delivered

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. When shoes arrived, the box looked like it had already been opened and replaced with the WRONG SHOE. Called and was told to send shoe back, once received they will send me the RIGHT SHOE...WRONG. Once they got the shoe I was told processing time is 7-8 days, I will get an email with new tracking number... WRONG AGAIN. I called today and was informed the store never received that it was a replacement shoe and they were refunding my money. This has been 1 big inconvenience and Lie. Finish Line will not EVER get my business again. Personally I think the switching of the shoe was an inside job. The actual shoe box was ripped open and a different pair was put in its place. User's recommendation: DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.
