My order was messed up

My order arrived 40 min late. The driver left my bag upside-down by my door without calling or knocking. The food was cold and the containers smashed and they leaked all over the rest of the food, and the food was ruined I was able to speak to a girl in customer service though who listened to my problem. She was great! Very empathetic, and was able to credit me for my order and gave me a $10 coupon. She deserves a raise. order.I think was Hannah
