Tedious product cancelation

Placed a walmart.ca order, as a guest, what I ordered never got filled, they ran me around for 2 weeks. Told me to call my bank to cancel payment the bank told me its walmart that needs to do the refund. Got charged long distance fees as of now the order hasn't been refunded. User's recommendation: No recommendation.
