I have the following issue with one of your steering wheels: I have one of your T300 RS GT wheels that I use for iRacing. It is fitted with a SimAbility accessibility rig, with paddles for the throttle and brake. A few weeks ago, it stopped being recognized by iRacing. I thought the SimAbility had gone bad. SimAbility sent me a part for it, and I tried to use the wheel. I went to configure the controls, ie: steering, throttle and brake. I downloaded the newest driver and that did not work. I tried calling your helpline today and it is not taking calls. User's recommendation: They did help.
