My former employer placed a portion of my earnings into a 403b with SB and because of poor performance I recently decided to roll over those funds into an IRA I have with another company. SB has been making the whole process so difficult even though I have satisfied all the requirements. Here we are several months later and my funds still haven't been rolled over. User's recommendation: Be careful if your employer does business with this company and places your funds into a 403b with them.
