Department West return

Ive been a long time loyal costumer of Buckle and usually purchase my footwear, clothing and perfumes from local Buckle store. While back I have purchased a perfume Department West and was really enjoyed that product. However, suddenly it got spoiled. I went back to see if there anything local store can do for me (I was not looking for refund, just credit or exchange). However, Ive been told that there is only 60 days return/refund/exchange. I did not want to argue my point of view: I am returning product due to faulty smell not because I didnt like it original smell. Please let me know if that 60 days is your policy even in those events where product is simply has a problem.
