Rude unprofessional

Buckle not only decreased my credit limit but closed my account without discussing it with me at all. I owed nothing on my card and I was never late on a payment. This actually harmed my credit score. How rude and unprofessional is this. All this has done is caused me NOT to shop there again. In the last 12 months I have spent $3800 there. There loss.
