we booked a flight for two people, and it only would give the pricing for one person. On site instructions states press 6 for agent, then it said invalid choice. It never gave iinstructions for a first time user it was confusing. cooconfusinvconconfusi confusing. a livelive person User's recommendation: Have a live person and make it user friendly for !st time users.
