So for the past week every time I try to get in contact with a human because that stupid virtual assistant keeps saying my itinerary number doesn't exist. It always says they can't be reached, and I need to call every time I call it says can't find the booking, all I want to do is talk to a living breathing person. It's amazing the itinerary number worked 2 weeks ago, and it's the same dang paper next to my computer. Fix the dang machine to get past that issue if the itinerary number doesn't work. Orbitz customer service system is the Bain of my existence, I want blow up the computer because it never understands please give me a human to talk to fix my issue.then it hangs up on me User's recommendation: issue.
