Check processed before the due date

On October 5th I received a text message indicating my payment was due on the next day. I called on October 6th and was told by Ebony that my payment was already processed despite my text message. I called again to ask why my payment was processed early and I was informed (by another employee) that I could walk in on Monday to pay because my payment had not been processed. Ebony called me and told me that it was in fact processed early. Now I am confused and concerned that my payment is processed before it is due which limits my options to come in to the store to pay. Please advise.
