Internet problems again

Had internet installed Thursday on Friday it went dark. I called vast a total of 3 times. They escalated my ticket for a tech to come out today. Nothing but nice how this worked out. Fixed easy peasy. Even with it pouring rain not 1 complaint. Great people User's recommendation: Great tech support. They went beyond to help me.
