I was home and video records porch and laneway, no one came up or drive from 11 am to 2pm. Tried to trace missing phone from Virgin Mobile, they said i had to call TForce. TForce stated i was delivered at 12 noon on my porch, I tried to explain they were mistaken and was told bye bye. ask virgin for refund. Video clearly shows i am telling the truth, where is phone ? TForce had called the day before as they could not find address and got a little huffy when i inquired if the driver had GPS. ? User's recommendation: do not deal with them.
