I wasn't happy with the quality of the Stepon garbage can and they refunded the can. Hefty's customer service team responded quickly and asked for a copy of the receipt to issue a refund. I haven't received the actual refund yet, but I'm sure I will soon. I had to send 2 notes to them, but I think the first time I didn't verify my email because I sent it directly from Yahoo, instead of using their pissed off customer contacting. I advise you use their process, just make sure to validate your email. User's recommendation: Validate email.
