I called to speak with someone because I received an incorrect item with my order, so I was calling to see if it would be possible to get a refund or price adjustment as the item had a clearance tag that was for $12.97 and I was charged $35.00 and the agent didn't want to do that, so I ended the call and went back to the website and was fortunately able to chat with an agent that took care of my problem.
