Complain for network and adjustment for billing

I would like to ask for a rebate of charges for unused cellphone due to network connection down. It is greatly affected my business transactions. My customers are complaining about not able to call incoming and outgoing. This about 3 weeks on and off signal site. Below are the following numbers with corresponding account number Cellphone number 0917100**** and 0917111**** account number 106191**** and 106191**** I want an adjustment for my billing this coming August 2021. I have my new SIM, however due to your network system down I was not able to use my mobile phone. Thank you for your assistance and hoping for your billing adjustment. User's recommendation: NO NO NO.
