I had a several accounts with Synchrony, and they closed all of them. 3 of them with zero balance. 1 of them as soon as I paid it off they closed the account without any explanation. This dropped my credit score. I think businesses should reconsider using them as financier, because now I don't even want to use or shop with the company for which I had the card with. Synchrony is *** water Bank and their customer service is not the good either. User's recommendation: I do not recommend doing business with this bank.
