Price Gouge

2

I took my car to Midas on Glenway Avenue in Cincinnati. I was told that the front left and right ball joints need replacing. The price for each arm and ball joint is $329.99 each. $660 for parts that cost on an average of $100 for each. I understand the need to make money, but over $460 above is outrageous. The shop manager was not concerned when asked if it's Midas' policy to screw all of its customers? How can you justify this? I'm a school teacher who was just handed an estimate for $1533 for two tires and to replace the ball joints. User's recommendation: Avoid Midas on Glenway.
