I received my tv 10 days ago broken and I called ASAP and reported that it was broken upon arrival and no one has come and picked it back up yet. I talked to 3 customer service reps from Pilot customer service office and I still have a broken tv sitting in the box in my living room. User's recommendation: Do not use Pilot for their carrier service.
