Rude call centers

I have been trying to keep track all my promotional purchases if how much i have balance and everytime i talked to the call center they are always rude and there is one time that they actually call me a bad customer knowing i am paying my monthly bills and keeping all my payments on time. They actually have a nerve to hang up on you without telling you what to expect. The last lady i talked to was jane and she was very rude as well. Its not my fault that I have a fraud in my account that she need to file and it makes me surprised that she have a nerve to hang up on me. I hope you guys makes some changes. User's recommendation: Don’t open credit cards here in Jcpenney.
